Unfortunately, an error has been detected in the August yield evaluation. Genomic information of some newly genomic tested animals was not correctly processed in the genetic evaluation.
Affected animals constitute from 589 Holstein bulls, 79 Jersey bulls and 7868 Holstein females, whose SNP information was drawn from NAV SNP data base in July. The published genomic breeding values for these animals tend to be overestimated.
New genomic evaluation is now underway and new genomic breeding values will be published 2.9.2025
